Shipping for a single sink averages $150.00. If you need a price quote, please call and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
Due to the oversized dimensions of our sinks, please be prepared to assist with the acceptance and placement of your delivery. Under freight company policy, the driver is only authorized to transport merchandise to curbside of residence.
Optional Lift Gate Service (which simply lowers the sink to the ground) from the freight company or inside delivery (inside your facility) is available by request for an additional charge.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.
DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY RECEIPT UNTIL AFTER:
You’ve Asked the Truck Driver to Wait While You Inspect for Visual or Concealed Damaged. If there is the slightest crush, crease, scuff, tear or puncture to any carton, you are responsible to make such notation on the delivery receipt. If the driver is unwilling to wait, call US AT 866-878-2002 while the driver remains at your location.
Write on the Delivery Receipt the Number of Cartons and the Actual Item in the Carton Which Contains Creases, Scuff Marks, Tears, Punctures, Etc. or the Number of Cartons and the Actual Item Which Contains Visible Damage.
Refuse to Accept the Item if Damage is Visible. Please note: All PORTABLE SINKS should be delivered to you on a pallet – If you receive unpalletized SINK it may be damaged – you have a right to refuse the item. WE WILL ARRANGE TO HAVE A REPLACEMENT SINK SHIPPED OUT TO YOU AT NO COST.
Any item that has concealed or visible damage that you did not refuse to accept – you must retain all cartons and packing materials no matter how slight or severe. This is the carrier’s requirement for claim purposes.
PLEASE report any damage to PORTABLESINKS4LESS.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. at 866-878-2002 ext. 103. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours!
Returns
Returns will not be accepted after 10 days. Orders returned within 10 days must be in unused and in its factory sealed, original packaging. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your merchandise and we will arrange for return shipping. If there are no damages upon return of the items, we would be able to provide a credit less the 30% restocking fee and any return freight charges. If your order was shipped via UPS/FED EX, PortableSinks4Less.com will contact them for pick-up. The carrier will arrive within 5 business days to pick up the order. if your order was shipped by truck line, we will schedule a truck to pick up the return item. Carrier will arrive within 5 to 7 business days to pick up the order.
Customer error/cancellation
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom orders are not refundable. See “Returns” policy for more specific information.
